Who We Are

About Support HVACR Trade Inc.

A Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit turning curiosity into careers through STEM education, skilled trades awareness, and HVACR workforce development.

Our Mission

Turning Curiosity Into Careers

Support HVACR Trade Inc. is dedicated to exposing students, schools, and communities to STEM learning, skilled trades, and real-world HVACR education — building a pipeline that starts in the classroom and leads to lasting career opportunity.

We believe that every student deserves to know their options. Skilled trades change lives. HVACR is more than a job — it's a career, a business, and a legacy. Across the country, the demand for skilled HVACR professionals continues to grow, yet many young people never learn these careers exist. We're closing that gap.

"Our mission is to inspire and prepare the next generation through STEM and skilled trades education while creating pathways into HVACR careers and workforce opportunities."

— Oneil Fuller, Founder & Executive Director

What We Do

Three Core Programs

We bring HVACR and STEM education to life for students and communities through three interconnected areas of work.

STEM Book Program

Our Tommy & Theo children's book series makes skilled trades visible, exciting, and career-connected from an early age. Each book is built around measurable STEM learning outcomes for readers ages 7–14.

School Partnerships

We deliver hands-on HVACR STEM visits, presentations, and curriculum resources directly to classrooms and after-school programs across Texas — bringing the skilled trades to students where they already are.

Workforce Development

For older students and adults, we connect learners to real HVACR training pathways, apprenticeships, and career certifications through community partnerships — creating a clear path from curiosity to career.

Why It Matters

The Workforce Gap Is Real

The HVACR industry faces a critical shortage of skilled professionals — and it starts with a simple lack of awareness.

Over 500,000 HVACR jobs will need to be filled by 2026 — and the pipeline is empty.
The average HVACR technician earns $60,000–$100,000+ annually with little to no student debt.
Most students have never been introduced to HVACR as a career option in school.
Career exposure before age 14 dramatically increases the likelihood of pursuing that career.
Our books bridge STEM concepts with real-world skilled trades — no other children's book series does this.

Connect with Oneil

Support HVACR Trade Inc. was founded by Oneil Fuller, a Certified Master HVACR Educator, licensed HVACR contractor in Texas and Georgia, children's STEM author, and workforce development advocate with more than 20 years of experience in the HVACR industry.

Oneil launched Support HVACR Trade Inc. with a clear vision: to close the skilled trades awareness gap by reaching students early — before they make decisions about their futures — and showing them that HVACR is not just a career, but a pathway to entrepreneurship, financial independence, and community impact.

As the author of the Tommy & Theo HVACR STEM book series, Oneil created a one-of-a-kind curriculum resource that brings skilled trades to life for students ages 7–14 — with accurate technical content, engaging storytelling, and a clear path to career exploration.

His vision drives our mission to inspire and prepare the next generation of skilled trades professionals — one student, one book, and one school visit at a time.
